- Can I order using a money order?
- No, unfortunately we no longer take orders outside of our webstore.

- How long will it take to get my order?
- Most orders ship within one week. This is a small operation though, and sometimes we need longer to get an order together. Feel free to email us if you are concerned about delivery time. The shipping cost on items only includes the cheapest shipping rate. Usually this is 1st class, but for some domestic orders this is Media Mail which can take up to three weeks for delivery. To arrange faster shipping on large orders, please send us an email. Some items are marked 'Pre-order' or 'Pre-sale' and do not ship till the noted release date. Also, please note that Media Mail (and even First Class) usually mean the your package will be rough-housed by the post office a bit. While we will replace/refund unplayable items, we cannot replace items with cosmetic damage if you do not pay for better shipping than media mail/first class.
- Shipping outside of the US seems high. Can you help me get a better price?
- Maybe we can actually! If you are ordering more than one item (albums already grouped together in sales bundles count as just one item, fyi), we might be able to get you a cheaper rate on shipping. Please email us as firstname.lastname@example.org to check.
- There is a record I'm looking for, but cannot find it...

- Do you accept returns?
On unplayed items, we can accept a return and issue a refund less the shipping cost. If an item only has cosmetic damage, and you did not pay for better shipping than media mail, we are still able to work out something to make your day brighter, but cannot accept a return or issue a refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to work out specifics.
- Will I be sent a tracking number or shipping confirmation?
- At the moment we do not have an automatic system for sending these to buyers. We are working on that. In the meantime, if you would like a copy of your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to get it to you.
- Is my order insured?
- Not automatically. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. That said, any domestic orders that the USPS tracking number does not show a delivery, Deathbomb Arc will take responsibility for. If the tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered though, you will have to sort the matter with your local post office.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
