For Foot Village's latest album, 'Anti-Magic', they worked with a ton of guests. So many in fact, that each format of the album (cd, vinyl, cassette, & digital) all have alternate versions of the songs in order to include all the different collaborations. While this is great for sharing lots of awesome new artists with everyone, we understand it is costly to buy all three of these.
So, as a thank you to anyone that buys all three of these formats together, Foot Village will donate $6.50 to Lifestraw. Lifestraw is a portable, immediately usable water filtering device that can be easily distribute in large quantities. In areas where the quality of water is life-threatening, this device can change the face of history and more importantly, make many individual lives much happier. While it is true that Lifestraw can only filter out about half of the common water contaminants, its size and price allows for an ease of distribution so much wider than any other filter that it can improve the life-quality for more people than any other filter has before. The current focus for Lifestraw donations are the African countries of Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi and Ghana.
